1. What StoryStalker Is

StoryStalker lets you view and download photos, videos, reels, stories, and highlights from public Instagram profiles. It is a convenience tool that retrieves content Instagram already serves publicly. We do not require you to log in, we never ask for your Instagram password, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. in any way.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not use the Service to:

• Access, view, or download content from private accounts, or content you are not otherwise permitted to access.
• Harass, stalk, threaten, dox, or intimidate any person.
• Infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Re-publish, sell, or commercially exploit content that belongs to someone else without their permission.
• Automate, scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Break any law or Instagram's own Terms of Use.

3. Content Ownership & Your Responsibility

StoryStalker does not own, host, or claim any rights to the Instagram content you view or download through it. All content remains the property of its original creators and rights holders. Downloaded media is intended for personal, private, offline use only — for example, saving your own content or keeping a copy of something you have permission to use. You are solely responsible for how you use any content you obtain through the Service and for ensuring your use complies with copyright law, Instagram's terms, and the rights of the content's owner.

4. Copyright & Takedown Requests

We respect intellectual property rights. Because StoryStalker does not store or host Instagram media, the fastest way to remove content is through Instagram itself. If you are a rights holder and believe the Service is being used to infringe your rights, or you want your public content excluded from the tool, contact us via our contact page and we will respond promptly.

5. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any particular profile or piece of content will be retrievable. Instagram may change its platform at any time in ways that affect or disable the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StoryStalker and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising out of your use of — or inability to use — the Service, including any misuse of content you obtain through it. You use the Service at your own risk.

7. Third-Party Links & Advertising

The Service may display advertising and links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of any third-party site or advertiser. Your dealings with them are solely between you and that third party.

8. Privacy

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
